What is the In Essence Loyalty Program?
The In Essence Loyalty Program is our way of showing our appreciation whilst surprising & delighting our loyal consumers.
You’ll earn loyalty points for various activities on site, such as:

How do I earn points?
You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring your friends or making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points, sign in to your account here.
It is important to note that points earned per transaction reflect Transaction total minus shipping & discount/promotional codes.
How do I view my points balance?
Login to your In Essence account to view your points balance.
How do I redeem my points?
Select the “Redeem Points” tab in your Account to see all the rewards you are eligible for, from here you will be able to redeem your rewards.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No, there is no limit. The more you earn, the more rewards you’ll uncover!
What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
In this case, your points will be removed from your account.
Why did my points go down?
You or someone you referred has cancelled or returned a purchase. Or, you have not purchased within 365 days since your last purchase, which means your points have expired.
I completed an activity but I can’t see my earned points?
For all purchase points, there is a 14-day approval process. Once your points have been approved, you will see the points added to your total.
Can I use my points during checkout?
You will need to redeem your voucher within your account prior to entering the checkout for the discount to be applied.
How do I leave the program?
If at any time, you no longer wish to be a part of our Loyalty Program, please contact us here and ask to be unenrolled.
What happens if I decide to leave & then what to re-join?

Do my points expire?
Yes, if your account is inactive & no purchases have been made in the 365 days, your points will expire. Points expire on an annual basis
Do I have the register for an account?
All customers with a registered In Essence account are signed up for our Loyalty Program.
Do the tiers work?
To maintain or advance to the next tier, you must meet that tier’s specified spend threshold within 365 days.
If you do not maintain the spend threshold for a given tier within 365 days of your last purchase, your account will return to the next appropriate tier based on the points you accrued.
How do I know what my points are eligible for?
As you accumulate points & rewards, they will appear in your account dashboard.
How do I claim my Refer-A-Friend points?
To claim Refer-A-Friend points, your referred friend must make an In Essence Loyalty Program account and make a purchase of at least $50.
How do I know the redemption value of my points?
The redemption value of your points is determined by what level you are in at the time you redeem them.
Can I stack my rewards in one transaction?
Redeemed rewards cannot be stacked at checkout. Only one code can be used per order.
Does my voucher cover shipping?
Rewards vouchers are only valid on the subtotal of the order and will not go towards shipping costs unless the redeemed code is specifically for Free Shipping.

Please note, loyalty points that are earned at inessence.com.au can only be redeemed online and cannot be redeemed in any retailer store. When you make a first purchase at inessence.com.au you will automatically join our In Essence Loyalty Program, and you have the ability to unsubscribe at any time. Please contact our customer service team here to unsubscribe. Each time you purchase online at inessence.com.au, you will accumulate points. Refer to the full points program here. Points will be transferred to coupon vouchers. Only one coupon can be redeemed on site at any time. In Essence Loyalty Points expire after 12 months. It is up to you to keep track of the expiry date of your points and In Essence take no responsibility for any points that expire. At any time, you can only have one membership to the Loyalty Programme. Membership is not transferable. It is your responsibility to update your membership profile. We reserve the right to withdraw, cancel or vary Rewards without notice at any time. Rewards cannot be sold, transferred or assigned, and cannot be exchanged for cash. If your membership of the Loyalty Programme is terminated for any reason, your outstanding and future Rewards will no longer be valid and will be rendered null and void. If you return a purchase that has previously earned a Reward, the Reward may be forfeited. Rewards can only be redeemed once a purchase is paid in full. In Essence will not accept any liability for any Member Email that is misdirected, lost or not received. In Essence reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the In Essence Loyalty Programme or any aspect of it or at its election, reset Spend Balances, at any time and without notice. The currency in which Rewards are earned will be in AUD. Rewards cannot be earned using other Rewards as part of the transaction. In Essence reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary the Rewards without notice and at any time for any reason whatsoever in its absolute discretion including without limitation Rewards awarded in error or Rewards earned fraudulently. We may amend these Terms at any time (including retrospectively) without prior notice in our absolute discretion. Any amendments will be posted on this page.
