Why Our Sleep Blend Works.

Lavender.

Lavender is the most loved and versatile of all Mother Nature’s oils. It is renowned for its calming and soothing effect and acts as the ultimate sleep remedy and stress relief.  It’s psycho-therapeutic qualities assist in soothing emotions, allaying nervous tension and panic.

Mandarin.

A favourite to ease restlessness and stress, it’s no surprise that mandarin pure essential oil is also a great sedative for nerves and instability. It’s known for its relaxing and calming effects, helping you experience restful, deep sleep.

Roman Chamomile.

Providing a calming and soothing effect on the body and mind, Roman Chamomile is comforting to an agitated emotional state. Great for deepened states of relaxation and meditation this oil assists with nervousness, unstable emotions and irritability.

Valerian.

This grounding oil promotes feelings of relaxation and eases restlessness. Not only does diffusing valerian assist in helping you fall asleep faster, valerian essential oil may improve the quality of your sleep, so you wake up feeling energized and refreshed.

Create Your Own Sleep Ritual

One of the most effective ways to get a better night’s sleep is to create a sleep ritual to prepare the mind and body for sleep.

  • Diffuse.

    Turn on your diffuser 20-30 minutes before bed to help relax your mind and body.

  • Massage.

    Create a bedtime massage oil by adding 5 drops off essential oil to 12ml of carrier oil to wind down before bed.

  • Roll On.

    Keep your essential oil roll on beside your bed or take it with you when travelling and apply a small amount 15 minutes before bed.

  • Mist.

    Use your essential oil mist to lightly spritz on your body, in the air or on your pillow 15 minutes before sleep.

  • Bathe.

    Add essential oils to your bath for added relaxation before bed.

  • LED Therapy.

    Select the red or orange LED light on your diffuser before bed to help you fall asleep quicker.

Diffuse.
