What is the In Essence Loyalty Program?

Be rewarded for shopping at In Essence. Our members enjoy exclusive access to special offers and gifts! The more you spend the more you are rewarded with four tiers of benefits. You’ll earn points or rewards for various activities on site, such as:

  • Account creation 
  • Like In Essence on Facebook
  • Follow In Essence on Instagram
  • Birthday gift
  • Refer a friend 
  • Online purchases
  • Product reviews

How do I sign up to the In Essence Loyalty Program?

Anyone can join, simply create an account with us here or during the checkout process. All In Essence accounts are automatically registered into our Loyalty Program.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring your friends or making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points, sign in to your account here.

It is important to note that points earned per transaction reflect Transaction total minus shipping & discount/promotional codes.

How do I view my points balance?

Login to your In Essence account to view your points balance.

How do I redeem my points?

Select the “Redeem Points” tab in your Account to see all the rewards you are eligible for, from here you will be able to redeem your rewards.

Can I use multiple rewards or vouchers in one transaction?

Multiple redeemed rewards or vouchers cannot be used at checkout. Only one code can be used per order. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

No, there is no limit. The more you earn, the more rewards you’ll uncover!

Will my points expire?

Yes. Your points will expire 1 year after they are earned if not used. 
Also, if your account is inactive and no purchases are made for 12 months, your points will expire. 

How does "Refer a Friend" work?

To claim Refer-A-Friend points, your referred friend must make an In Essence Loyalty Program account and make a purchase of at least $50. If the friend cancels or returns their order, your points will be removed from your account.

Why did I lose points?

There are multiple reasons:

- You redeemed your points for Vouchers.

- You or someone you referred has canceled or returned a purchase.

- You have not purchased within 365 days since your last purchase, which means your points have expired.

Can I use my points during checkout?

You will need to redeem your voucher within your account prior to entering the checkout for the discount to be applied.

How do the tiers work?

To maintain or advance to the next tier, you must meet that tier’s specified spend threshold within 365 days.

If you do not maintain the spend threshold for a given tier within 365 days of your last purchase, your account will return to the next appropriate tier based on the points you accrued.

How do I know what my points are eligible for? As you accumulate points & rewards, they will appear in your account dashboard.

How do I know the redemption value of my points?

The redemption value of your points is determined by what level you are in at the time you redeem them.

How do I leave the program?

If at any time, you no longer wish to be a part of our Loyalty Program, please contact us here and ask to be unenrolled. If you want to re-join after leaving. Feel free to contact us here for us to re-enroll you.
