Create your Own Sleep Ritual
One of the most effective ways to get a better night’s sleep is to create a sleep ritual to prepare the mind and body for sleep.
Diffuse
Turn on your diffuser 30 minutes before bed to help your mind and body relax.
Massage
Create a bedtime massage oil by adding 5 drops off essential oil to 12ml of carrier oil to wind down before bed.
Roll On
Keep your essential oil roll on beside your bed or take it with you when travelling and apply a small amount 15 minutes before bed.
Mist
