CREATE YOUR OWN SLEEP RITUAL
One of the most effective ways to get a better night's sleep is to create a sleep ritual to prepare the mind and body for sleep.
Turn your diffuser on 20-30 minutes before bed to help relax your mind and body.
Create a bedtime massage oil by adding 5 drops of essential oil to 12ml of carrier oil to wind down before bed.
Keep your essential oil roll on beside your bed or take it with you when travelling and apply a small amount 15 minutes before bed.
Use your essential oil mist to lightly spritz on your body, in the air or on your pillow 15 minutes before sleep.
Add essential oils to your bath for added relaxation before bed.
Select the red or orange LED light on your diffuser before bed to help you fall asleep quicker.
