How to use this product

Roll-On: Apply a small amount as required up to 6 times per day to the abdomen, chest and back, or to the wrist and inhale.

Vaporisation: Add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.

Massage: Add 6 drops (0.2mL) to a tablespoon of carrier oil and massage into chest & back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
