Post Workout Rub

Soothe sore muscles and rejuvenate your body after a workout with this easy to make body oil.

What you need:
– 20ml Sweet Almond Oil
– 3-5 drops of Peppermint Pure Essential Oil

Method:
1. Combine the ingredients in a glass bowl ready for use.
2. Massage into the skin with upward circular movements focusing on the area of discomfort. Allow the oil to absorb into the skin before getting dressed.

How it works:
The detoxifying action of this mix helps to break down lactic acid after strenuous exercise and helps tone and firm the skin. Peppermint is cooling and has a diuretic action with stimulating and decongesting properties. It is the perfect pick-me –up treatment -reviving and uplifting. Sweet Almond Oil is cold pressed from the seed of the tree with a subtle aroma. It helps soothe dry irritated skin and prevents moisture loss. It is vitamin rich, especially vitamin E and suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

Caution: Not recommended during pregnancy.
