All time favouriteI love this peppermint oil. It's scent puts a pep in my step and makes me feel invigorated. Love it to clear the sinuses or congestion by putting a couple of drops in the bottom of the shower. This is also a great wake me up in the morning.
I also love to use it in a natural glass cleaner with water and vinegar.|
So refreshing and awakeningI bought this at a Myer sale in conjunction with the Electric Ceramic Vaporiser. I enjoy the smell of peppermint as it is very refreshing and if used with the vaporiser it's scent freshens the room and is great in allowing you to breathe easier as well which will be great when winter comes along . A good quality oil .
Take deep breaths as it is very refreshing for the senses and good for your sinus .
use at any time .|
Uplifting OilI love In Essence Peppermint Pure Essential Oil and use it regularly. It is great in hay fever season for clearing sinuses, a few drops on my cleaning cloth makes the kitchen and bathroom smell awesome and a little in a bath on a hot day is wonderfully cooling.|
Perky peppermintLike most essential oils, peppermint oil is very versatile. I have used In Essence peppermint oil with other oils when I've had a respiratory condition. A while ago, I experimented with different essential oils for an itchy and flaky scalp, and peppermint oil was an essential oil that I tried (lavender, tea tree and eucalyptus oils were more effective for me). My favourite way to use peppermint oil is with other essential oils in chemical-free cleaning recipes.|
RelaxtionThis oil helps me relax and I love the peppermint smell. It is my favourite essence for helping with muscle pains. I apply a small amount to my skin and rub in. It is a multiple use product. Surprisingly keeps spiders out of the house too when dabbed on walls. Not sure if I should use it like this.|
