I find this oil amazing. Not only is it a necessity in the colder months when you wake up with the sniffles, but I find it amazing for headaches because of the mint. An overall great oil to stop you going straight to the medicine cupboard!

This is a lifesaver for me! I suffer from extreme hayfever especially in the warmer weather. I diffuser this blend in my home and at my work and I barely suffer from any symptoms. I could not recommend more.
