1. Frankincense: Boswellia carteri
Frankincense is an all-round healer and powerful restorative for general wellbeing.
Diffuse a few drops of the incense-like aroma to relieve nervous tension, to calm frayed nerves and to treat cold and flu symptoms. Apply to the body for a soothing effect on bronchitis, to prepare for meditation and to treat stress related insomnia.
