Ordering Online

It's easy! All you have to do is click onto 'Our Products' and browse the menu options on the left. When you see something you like, click on the "Add to bag" button. This puts the product in your Shopping Bag. You can keep an eye on your running total on the left hand side of the screen. You can put as many products as you like in your Shopping Bag; then, when you're finished, just click on "Checkout", fill in the required information, and in no time you'll be the happy recipient of some wonderful In Essence products!

Don’t own a credit card? Still nervous about ordering online? Then simply place your order by phone!

If you don’t want to order online, you can place your order by phone on 03 9709 4900 (international +61 3 9709 4900) or Free Call 1800 802 036. Cheque and Money Order accepted.

Payments

The In Essence online shop accepts Credit Card payment only.

Security

Shopping at the In Essence online shop should be as enjoyable and stress free as shopping in a store. Therefore, In Essence places enormous importance on ensuring your information is safe. Your credit card details are encrypted to ensure its’ safe transfer to us, and are removed from our system once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping

Products can be delivered throughout Australia, New Zealand, UK, USA and some parts of Europe, Asia and Africa. (see Countries In Essence ships to: for full list). Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

Within Australia

In Essence ships parcels via our preferred courier service provider. This ensures that your delivery arrives safely and the location of the parcel can always be tracked. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery unless we are notified otherwise. If you would like to contact us with any additional information regarding your order, please email customerservice@inessence.com.au at the time of ordering.

Orders within Australia will be delivered in 4 - 7 working days from the time you are advised that your order is processed, unless you are notified otherwise (some remote locations may take up to 10 working days).

During peak trading times (May, November & December), you may experience a slight delay, in which case your order will be delivered within 6–10 working days.

Within New Zealand & International

Please allow up to 14 working days from the time you are advised that your order is processed, unless you are notified otherwise. All orders are sent via airmail using Australia Post. We use Registered Post for all International orders so that we are able to track their status.

Shopping for a gift

If you are shopping for a gift and would like the products to be sent to an alternate address to the one invoiced, or would like your products gift wrapped please contact our Customer Service team at the time of ordering:

Dangerous Goods

Please note that some of our products are classified as Dangerous Goods and therefore may not be able to be sent, depending on the particular product and the quantity. If this is the case with your order a Customer Service representative will contact you to arrange other options or to issue a refund if preferred.

Returns Policy

We hope that you love everything you order from the In Essence online shop. However, should any products be faulty, damaged or have caused a skin reaction we will happily refund or exchange these items for you. 

This must be done within 30 days of dispatch of your order.

Refund:

To organise a refund for faulty or damaged products please contact customer service on customerservice@inessence.com.au or (03) 9709 4900 and they will provide you with our reply paid address. A full refund (excluding freight) will be made via your original payment method as soon as we receive the products back.

Exchange:

Should you wish to receive a replacement item please let us know and we will ship it out to you as soon as we receive the product back.
