Add 6-9 drops in total of pure essential oils to the water in the top of your In Essence vaporiser. Light the candle at the base of the unit or switch on your electric vaporiser. |
Add 6 drops in total of your chosen pure essential oils to 12mls of In Essence massage base oil and gently massage over the skin. The oils are absorbed into the body, working from within to improve general wellbeing. |
As essential oils are not water soluble take care when preparing your bath, make sure they are well dispersed. In Essence recommends 3 drops in total of your chosen oils to a teaspoon of massage base oil. Either add to bath water or massage onto body before sinking into the bathtub. |
