Shipping

The In Essence online shop can only ship to a limited number of countries that are listed here. To discuss shipping to a country not listed here please email us at info@inessence.com.au. In Essence Aromatherapy is not responsible for customs charges and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation or certain products. The purchaser remains responsible for all charges and fees incurred.

Confirmation of Order

All orders placed are an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance by In Essence Aromatherapy. If an order is not accepted, a full refund will occur at the earliest possible convenience. In Essence Aromatherapy reserves the right to refuse an offer for any reason.

Payment

In Essence Aromatherapy is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable In Essence Aromatherapy may cancel the transaction and effect a full refund.

All prices listed are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax applicable.
